Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Rapflick writes original rap lyrics and generates brand-new AI rap videos; no real artist's voice, lyrics or footage is ever used. The rules below say who may use the Service, what you may ask for and upload, what you may not generate, and what happens when a rule is broken.
1. Who May Use It
The Service is not for children under 13. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to buy credits or generate videos.
2. Who a Rap May Be About
Rap is often about someone. These are the rules for the subject of a rap, and they apply to every mode, including diss, roast and battle:
- Yourself, always.
- A friend, partner, family member or colleague who is an adult and knows about it and agreed. Keep it good-natured; a diss between friends is fine, harassment is not.
- A fictional character, a pet, an object, a place, a team, a hobby or a situation.
- Never a minor, in any role.
- Never a real public figure, celebrity or politician, even as parody.
- Never a real private person who has not agreed, and never anyone in order to threaten, humiliate, sexualise or harass them.
3. What You May Upload
A photo is optional. If you upload one, it may show only you or an adult who agreed to appear in an AI-generated video. Before every video you confirm:
I am 18 or older. If I upload a photo, it shows me or an adult who agreed to appear. No minors, no public figures, no sexual, hateful or harassing content.
- No minors in any photo.
- No celebrities, public figures, politicians, or anyone who has not agreed.
- Only photos you own or have the right to use.
4. Prohibited Content
- Sexual content: no nudity, sexual acts, sexually explicit or suggestive lyrics or imagery, or anything unfit for a public setting.
- Violence and threats: no threats against a real person, no realistic violence or gore, and nothing that glorifies terrorism or self-harm.
- Hate speech and slurs: no content that attacks or demeans people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or a similar characteristic, and no slurs, including in a diss or roast.
- Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse material and any sexualisation of minors are absolutely prohibited; they lead to a permanent ban and are reported to the authorities.
- Impersonation and deceptive synthetic media: no public figures, celebrities or politicians; no making a real person appear to say something they did not; no one who has not agreed to appear.
- Other people's work: no requests for a real artist's lyrics, flow, voice or likeness, and no uploads or videos that infringe someone else's copyright or trademark.
You also may not interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, automate lyric requests beyond the fair-use limits, or circumvent content moderation.
5. How Moderation Works
- Lyrics: every request is checked against a list of prohibited terms that we keep up to date, and the language model refuses requests that break these rules. A refused request returns no lyrics and costs nothing.
- Videos: before a video is generated, the lyrics and instructions pass an automated text filter; the video model's own safety filter screens any photo and the video it makes. A declined request or a stopped video returns its credits automatically.
- Every check decision, including a decline by the model's safety filter, is logged. Reports from users are reviewed by a person.
6. Enforcement
We may refuse, stop, withhold or delete any lyric or video. Declined video requests count against the account:
- three declines within 24 hours suspend the account automatically for 24 hours;
- repeated or deliberate violations lead to a permanent ban decided by our staff.
Serious violations (for example child-unsafe content, threats against a real person or deliberate deception) lead straight to a permanent ban. Credits on accounts banned for child-safety violations, threats or deliberate deception are not refunded; in every other case, purchased and unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
7. Reporting Content
If you believe a video breaks this policy, or targets you, uses your likeness or your work without your consent, email support@rapflick.com with the subject "Content report" (or "Copyright notice" for copyright) and include:
- the URL of the video;
- who you are and how you are connected to the content;
- which right is affected (likeness, harassment, copyright, trademark, other) and a short explanation.
We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act on them as soon as we have reviewed them. A video confirmed to break the rules is removed and the account is handled as described above. The reported user may file a counter-notice.
8. Appeals
If you think a decline, a withheld video or an account action was a mistake, email support@rapflick.com with the task or account details and your reasons. Appeals are reviewed by a person and we reply within 24 hours.
9. Labelling AI Content
Every lyric, voice and video made with the Service is AI-generated. When you post a video, keep the AI label, disclose that it is AI-generated where a platform asks for it, and follow that platform's rules on synthetic media. Do not present a video as a real recording or a real person's words.
