Refund Policy

1. What You Buy

Lyrics on Rapflick are free. Videos are charged in credits. You can buy a single video, a one-time credit pack or a monthly subscription, as shown on our Pricing page. Every page shows the credits a video costs before you start. Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; refunds go back to the original payment method.

2. How Credits Are Charged

When a video starts, its credits are frozen. The credits return to your balance automatically when:

• the video fails or times out (not finished within 15 minutes);
• the request is declined by our checks or the model's safety filter;
• the video is withheld after it is made and never shown to you.

This is a credit return, not a cash refund: the credits go back to your balance for the next video. A declined request is never charged.

3. Completed Videos

Results are generated automatically and can differ from what you expect: rhymes, flow, pronunciation, lip movement, faces, hands and timing are not guaranteed to be accurate, and the performed lines may differ slightly from the written lyrics. A completed video consumes its credits, and we do not return credits or money because the video sounds or looks different from what you imagined. If a fault on our side produced a clearly broken file (for example a silent, black or unplayable video), contact us within 7 days and we will check it and return the credits.

4. Unused Purchases

• Unused credit pack or single video: refunded in full on request within 7 days of purchase if no credits from it have been used.
• First subscription payment: refunded in full on request within 7 days of payment if no credits have been used.
• Partly used packs or subscription periods: not refundable, because the generation cost has been paid to the AI provider.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Pricing page (Manage subscription) or by emailing support@rapflick.com; the subscription then stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the current period. Renewed periods are not refunded pro rata, so cancel before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Subscription credits are granted each period and unused credits do not roll over.

6. Promotional Credits

Promotional credits we add to an account (for example goodwill credits) have no cash value, are neither refundable nor transferable, and expire on their stated date.

7. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law where you live. Where that law requires a wider refund than this policy, the law applies.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@rapflick.com from the address you registered with, and include the order number (on your payment receipt) and the reason. We reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank this takes 5 to 10 business days. The refunded credits are removed from your balance once the refund is issued.

9. Changes to Fees

We may change our prices at any time with reasonable prior notice. A price change takes effect at the start of your next billing period and does not affect credits you have already bought.
