1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rapflick (rapflick.com, hereinafter "we", "our" or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and by our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rapflick is an AI rap generator. You type a topic, pick a mood and a style, and an AI language model writes original rap lyrics for you. Lyrics are free. You can then turn a rap into a short vertical video: an AI video model generates a brand-new performance with AI vocals and a beat, performed by a generated character or, if you upload a photo, by the adult in that photo. Every rap is written and performed from scratch by AI; no real artist's voice, lyrics or footage is ever used.

The Service is provided through the website rapflick.com and its API routes. We may add, change or retire styles, modes, pages and features at any time.

3. Minimum Age

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to buy credits or generate videos. Before every video you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

Writing lyrics and rap names needs no account, within the fair-use limits shown on the page. To make videos, buy credits or keep your creations you need to sign in, with Google or with an email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it, and you must provide accurate information.

5. User Data

We collect data such as your email, payment records, the topics you type, the lyrics we write for you, the photos you upload and the videos you generate, as described in our Privacy Policy. We also use a small number of cookies, which the Privacy Policy explains.

6. Acceptable Use

Our full Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. In short:

• Diss, roast and battle raps may target you, a friend who agreed, a fictional character, an object or a situation. They may not name and attack a real person who has not agreed, and never a minor.
• No public figures, celebrities or politicians as the subject of a video or in an uploaded photo, even as parody.
• Photos may show only you or adults who agreed to appear. No minors in any photo.
• No sexual, hateful, threatening or harassing content, and no slurs.
• No content meant to deceive, or to make a real person appear to say something they did not.
• No requests for a real artist's lyrics, voice or likeness, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.

We may refuse, stop, withhold or delete any lyric or video and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. A declined request is never charged and a withheld video returns its credits automatically. Purchased credits are forfeited only in the cases the Acceptable Use Policy names.

7. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the topics you type and the photos you upload, and grant us a licence to process them solely to write your lyrics, generate your video and operate the Service. Subject to these Terms, you own the lyrics and videos generated for you and may use, reproduce and distribute them at your own responsibility. Lyrics are generated and may by chance resemble phrases that exist elsewhere; we make no warranty that a generated lyric is unique or free of third-party claims. Style names on this site (for example trap, drill, boom bap) describe a genre and are used descriptively only.

8. AI-Generated Content

Every lyric, voice and video made with the Service is AI-generated. When you post a video, keep any AI label, disclose that it is AI-generated where a platform asks for it, and follow that platform's rules. The vocals and beat are generated by the model and are not a recording of any person; do not present them as one.

9. Results Vary

Results are generated automatically and can differ from what you expect: rhymes, flow, pronunciation, lip movement, faces, hands and timing are not guaranteed to be accurate, and the performed lines may differ slightly from the written lyrics. Each page shows the price before you start, and a completed video consumes its credits regardless of whether you like the result. Lyrics can be regenerated for free as often as our fair-use limits allow.

10. Purchases and Payments

Credits can be bought as a single video, a one-time credit pack or a monthly subscription, as shown on our Pricing page. Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to the processor's terms. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel any time from the Pricing page (Manage subscription) or by emailing support@rapflick.com and keep access until the period ends. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

11. Credits

Credits are the unit the Service charges per video; each page shows the price before you start. Credits from one-time purchases are valid for 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits are granted each billing period; unused subscription credits do not roll over and expire when the period ends or the subscription stops.

When a video starts, its credits are frozen. A video that fails, times out, is declined (by our checks or the model's safety filter) or is withheld after it is made returns its credits to your balance automatically. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. A completed video consumes its credits even if the result differs from what you expected. Promotional or gifted credits have no cash value and are neither refundable nor transferable.

12. Refunds

An unused credit pack, or a first subscription payment with no credits used, may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase on request. Partly used packs are not refundable because the generation cost has been paid to the AI provider. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stop renewing at the end of the period. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights. The full rules are in our Refund Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

14. Third-Party AI Services Disclosure

Rapflick uses these third-party AI models:

• DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, developed by DeepSeek, writes the lyrics and the rap name ideas.
• Seedance 2.0, developed by ByteDance, generates the videos, including the AI vocals and the beat, from the lyrics alone or together with the photos you upload.

We access these models through their providers' APIs, choose them ourselves and may change or upgrade them at any time; when we do, we update this section. Rapflick is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the makers of those models or by any artist, label or brand.

You may not use the Service to get around the safety filters of the AI models we use.

The topics you type and the lyrics are sent to the language model to write and revise them. For a video, the lyrics, your choices and any photo you upload are shared with the video provider through a time-limited link only to produce the video you requested; providers run their own safety filters and keep generation records and results under their own terms (see the Privacy Policy). We never use your photos, lyrics or videos to train models, sell them or make them public. Minors, public figures, sexual and harassing content are not allowed (see the Acceptable Use Policy), and a video declined by our checks or a model's safety filter returns its credits automatically.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapflick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or of any lyric or video generated with it.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Rapflick is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer-protection law where you live still applies.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms become effective upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
